    Woody-Aromatic

    Woody: closely related to the Chypre family, woody scents are built on notes of barks and mosses, as well as patchouli. The fragrance category ranges from resin-like scents, to warm sandalwood, to drier notes of cedar and vetiver.

    Aromatic: these notes usually are a combination of cumin, lavender, rosemary, sage, and other plants that possess an intense spicy/grassy aroma. Aromatic compositions are most often found in mens fragrances.
